On nitro @ lunar. New brewer's hopped up version of their original stout.
A- jet black w/ a half finger tan head that faded fast and laced nice
S- roasted chocolate with citrus and pine hops
T- roasty malts followed by a decent hop kick. Pretty straight forward, but very good
M- medium body with a slight oily feel. Carbonation is low, and nitro helps a lot
D- very easy drinking. The roastiness gets big near the end, especially as it warms, but overall it's solid

This beer is a deviation from Total Eclipse Stout to commeerate Brian the brewers re-entry into the Lunar family.
Color is black as sin with some brownie highlights and a brownie colored head of two fingers. That leaves a nice film of foam all the way to the finish.
The aroma is full of just milled oats sprinlked on top of dark chocolate, coffee with some non-dairy creamer.
The taste has a sweet start with a nice milky, dark chocolate and cogffee mix. Then some dry, almost tartness, comes into the palate and leaves your thirst somewhat quenched but still wanting. Very nice deviation from Total Eclipse Standard.
