(Served in an American Pint glass)
This is a Belgian Wit beer hopped like an American IPA with all Centennial.
A- The hazy lemon yellow body is slightly dense with a thick cream of off-white head that last and leaves register marks after each sip. There is a gentle carbonation of tiny bubbles that pop through the murky body to glide up the glass.
S- The dry herbal green hops are full and woody with a softer oat and pale malt note coming through. There is a spice note to the hops like coriander and as it warms the hops really become big and woody, almost harsh.
T- The big juicy woody hops have an earthy woody quality to them with a slight tartness perhaps from oats that follows. There is some mellow bread notes that come through as the beer opens up. The finish is a full bitterness that lingers through the dry finish for a bit.
M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel with an almost puckering dryness, more from the hops that the actual body and a crisp fizz in the finish.
O- The centennial hops really become a kick in the tongue as the beer opens up, and they are a bit 1-dimensional bit it is a very nice smash-up between a west coast IPA and a Wit.

White IPA made with pilsner and wheat malts. Plus oat and wheat flakes. Centennial hops and belgian wit yeast.
Served in a pint, the beer is a pale yellow with a clingy white head and sheets of lacing.
It has a nose of pine, spice and grains.
This is a real change-up. Hops like a pale ale (pine & touch of citrus) but the back end is wit like with clear wheat and spice notes.
Nice brisk mouth with a slightly oily coating. Well done!
