Taken home yesterday from the brewery in a 32 oz growler. 16 IBUs per their product board...
Excellent light gold body with a thick, frothy, white head; lots of fine, slowly rising carbonation. Slight lemony aroma mixed with fresh cut grass; subtle cereal grain note. Gently toasted grain flavors; bread crust; mellow hop bitterness. Medium bodied; smooth, soft, velvety; creamy; mostly dry finish.
A very fine, easy drinking ale. It looks great and has a nice balance with light malt flavors and hop bitterness. The bitterness finish may be a bit intense yet doesn't detract from the overall appeal of this beer. A fine beer for sipping at the brewery's small front patio or taking home and sitting on your back porch with a cool breeze.
