After having success with the Strzelec Porter that had a "BROK" cap, I tried this and the Martin by brand recognition.

Looks and smells ok, but that's about it. Pours a hazy orange-yellow, with fizzy champagne bubbles and foam. Aroma of grain husk and faint citrus.

Taste is just average, there is a distinct artificiality about it. The previous reviewer hit on it with the description of sweet malt powder. Tastes like a robot put this one together, no TLC at all. Fairly sweet, and bland.

Thin mouthfeel, and you could drink more than one, but I can't recommend it.

Clear straw with a very faint greenish tinge. Head puffy and full. Aroma of malts, straw, grass, and sweet caramelized bread flavors. A middle of the road beer all the way, but clean, crisp, pleasant, and refreshing. Quite sweet from the malts, very little hop bitterness. Some brassiness and slight metallic flavors, reminiscent of a sturdier Dortmunder export style, but I believe this beer is not quite substantial enough to be classified as such. Despite metallic ring, mouthfeel is soft, pillowy and very pleasing. Finish is dry and cleansing. A standard Euro-lager but much more satisfying than it is required to be.

1 pint .9 oz bottle. Aroma is sweet malt powder and karo syrup. Body is a light golden color and holds a frothy white head that diminishes quickly. Alarmingly sweet malt fore tastes like a scoop of fresh malted milk powder. Scant hop profile. Sustained malt sweetness from fore to finish is the only flavor profile other some distant grains. Not a very good beer.

Presentation: 500ml bottle poured into half liter mug.

Few things are more refreshing than a fine polish lager, and this Premium brew from the Brok Brewery, is certainly no exception. Pours a light straw color with active carbonation and a nice head. Smell is sweet and grassy. First sips are metallic followed by malty sweetness. Metallic flavors fade to the background and the palate is dominated by the grassy and sweet malt flavors. Extremely refreshing and easy to drink. A nice session lager.
