Pours a dark yellow-gold, a bit hazy, with a very thing off-white head that leaves beautiful lacing.
Nose is orange blossoms and a bit of resin, with some biscuity malt coming through also.
Taste begins with a bit of orangey citrus and sweet biscuity malt on the font of the tongue, with some spiciness coming through from the hops also. With the swallow, a light bitterness from the hops sits on the palate, especially the back of the tongue, and the biscuity malt sweetness swells again before giving way to the spicy hops. Bigger flavor, light on the palate. Paradoxical kind of beer.
Mouthfeel is medium-light bodied, moderate carbonation.
Fantastic sessionability, light, but delicious.
