A - The beer pours 1inch of foamy white head. It has a pretty good retention and leaves a little lacing. The beer is a golden straw color, clear, and has lots of carbonation bubbles visible.
S - A nice mix of citrus and grassy hops stands out the most. There is also a light malt sweetness apparent.
M - Light in body, crisp and clean in the mouth feel. It has active carbonation that suits the style.
T - At first I didn't know this was an ESB. It starts out with some light malt sweetness. It's followed closely by some grassy hop and then some citrus juices come through near the finish. It finishes just a bit bitter. This has more hops that ESB's I've had in the past.
An excellent session beer, without having to sacrifice flavor. Reminds me a little of their Hop Sun. This one took me by surprise, I'm a fan.

330ml bottle bought online from CraftBeerCo
Poured an orange copper colour with a little haze. Light creamy head poured thick and meringue like then faded slowly to nice firm layer... very sparse carbonation drifts very slowly to surface... very little lacing...
Aroma - Strong biscuity malts, lightly toasted bread, light honey sweetness, some caramel, good juicy fruitiness (apples, apricots and some pears), lots of grassy notes, peppery hops, strong nuttiness, sea salt traces, some leathery traces...
Taste - Spicy / grassy hops to the fore, light toffee sweetness, juicy fruits (oranges, apples, light figs), biscuity maltiness, definite toasty bread, can't really make out any oats, faint metallic notes, light floral / perfume traces, salty...
Feel - Quite sharp and dry... medium bodied... pretty quaffable
Overall - A decent excellent example of an ESB although my bottle wasn't too fresh... would like to try a fresher bottle as this would be a good sessionable ale
