Got this from a buddy, I told him I wasn’t a fan of the winter/holiday beers with spices and such. He said this wasn’t the typical over-spiced winter/Holiday Ale I am used too.
A – Poured a really nice super clear sunset orange, with a healthy 2 finger head that lasted for quit a while. I noticed really nice lacing as I drank this beer.
S – Really fresh hop aroma, some citrus notes
T – Lots of hops, some citrus and a little pine.
M – Really nice bitterness, with equally good CO2 bite. Light to medium bodied with lots of active carbonation. The hops played nicely with the malt and everything melted together.
O – I would drink this winter brew anytime, really nice and refreshing.
