Brilliant yellow color topped with a stark white head that fell very quickly to a wispy coating and tall color with a modicum of lacing.
Biscuits and bready up front malts with lemony and orangey citrus in the middle to end. Not strong but nice.
Nice biscuit malts backed up b a big citrus pith bitterness and lots of citrus flavor. Hop bitterness tingles various areas of the mouth including the hard palate and inside the lips. Don't get me wrong, although this is quite a hoppy wheat, this is not a bitter bomb just an interesting sensation. I like the lack of wheat sweetness.
The wheat shows itself in the light but firm body. The carbonation cuts through and refreshes.
This is quite the drinkable beer. Easily could make a great deck party beer. Alcohol is not too high, approachable for the novice but flavorful and with a enough hop flavor and presence for the seasoned craft beer drinker. Really good.
