DOB 3/7/12 (the addition of this has made me much more willing to try out hoppy ST brews)
Appearance: A golden yellow color, with a short white head that dissipates quick, leaving little lacing
Smell: Citrus, grapefruit, and floral hops, with some hints of bready malt
Taste: Starts with piney resinous hops, then moves to some citrus and floral hops. Some bready and biscuity malts
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body, medium carbonation
Overall: A very good brew, and I might consider purchasing it over the gold standard of American Pale Ales (Sierra Nevada Pale Ale) but I wouldn't go in search of it.
Serving type: bottle
