12oz bottle poured into a room temp pint glass.
A- It pours a clean light golden-amber color with a slim half-finger head that leaves some lacing. There's gentle bubbling which may explain the sparse head and lacing.
S-There's no denying the pale malts: bicuity, bready, yeasty, some sweet caramel balanced by a slight bitterness.
T- A pretty tasty bread basket. Moist breads and sweet malts. Quite good for such a low hop profile.
M- All that maltiness adds up to some chewy solid feel. Now the hops work their magic by keeping the sweets in check.
O-Extraordinary? Maybe not, but I could see this as a staple-like brew with the likes of a SNPA.
