No date stamped on bottle, poured into a tumbler.
A: Pours a golden yellow, some faint haziness. About half a finger worth of a white sea foam type head which quickly dissipates to a ring. Almost no lacing and some carbonation coming off the bottom of the glass.
S: Nose is sweet, small citrus notes are coming through. The sweetness is almost like caramel, then subdued/balanced by some hoppy resin.
T: Not as sweet as the nose, but more of a biscuity malt. Hoppy, but very small role. Very light and crisp.
M: Light/medium bodied, has a small biscuity mouthfeel, very small carbonation helps clean the palate as well.
I believe this bottle may not be as fresh as I'd like so when I find a fresher batch, I'll edit my review accordingly.
