looks- dull copper with a quickly disappearing head.
smell- hoppy, citrusy, tart with minimal malt in the background
taste- hop and citrus overide the malty, biscuit-like body. The malt is present but it is definitely behind the scenes. Finishes crisp and dry with a hop feel but a maltiness on the tongue.
mouthfeel- slightly astringent, and dry
drinkability- typical for an APA. The (over?) use of hops puts the beer to a slight imbalance but it is standard for the style. This is a decent example although there are better out there. Could be an IPA.
