A- Pitch black pour with a thin layer of mocha colored bubbles that longer around the edges of the glass.
S- Huge roasted malts, tons of oats, some sweetbread, slight caramel.
T- Roasted malts, grainy oats, hints of caramel, coffee and cocoa powder. Virtually no alcohol presence except for a slight hint during the finish.
M- Silky, smooth, low carbonation, full bodied, thick and coating. Expected for a big beer.
O- Another enjoyable offering from the Blackwater series. This one is a huge beer, but more subtle than Choklat and Creme Brûlée. Seek it out if you like big oatmeal stouts.
