Just okay. I hate southern tiers' malt bomination of everything hoppy that they make. They ALWAYS go way overboard with their double IPA beers and make them way too freakin' malty. I hoped you all understand what I mean. Its like like when they make a double IPA, they think they have to put in an obscene amount of malts when they brew it to make it palatable. Which is NOT THE CASE. We who want to enjoy a Double IPA want HOPPY BITTER BEER!!!!!!! NOT a malt bomb like this. It's not just me either who thinks this way. Too MALTY ST!!!

Pours a deep amber color with a fizzy white head that trails the glass. The smell is full of hops with floral and citrus flavors coming through such as lemon zest and grapefruit. The taste was great with hops being center stage with the sweetness from the alcohol burn coming through on the finish. A wonderfully filling DIPA.

look: 4 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

A-an orange amber color with visible carbonation bubbles and white head that sticks to the glass

S-bready malt, caramel, citrus

T-caramel malt backbone, tastes somewhat sticky, grapefruit and citrus hops

M-medium body, moderate carbonation

Overall on the sweeter side for a DIPA but is still very drinkable and worth getting
