Beer pours a light amber almost orange color with a thick white head that leaves a lot of lacing on the glass. First pumpkin beer this year with a good head.
The smell on this beer is intense. It smells like a very aromatic crumbled pie crust with light cinnamon with a whipped cream aroma.
The flavor is eactly like the creamy pumpkin pie my mom makes. I taste the whipped cream, the crust, even a slight pumpkin long with some light spices. Cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mouthfeel is thick and creamy and sometimes I wonder if I am drinking a pureed pumpkin cream pie.
Not the most drinkable beer in the world but it tastes great for the one or two glasses I can drink.
