A: Pours a clear copper under a small white head. No lace and very little retention.
S: Very nice blend of pumpkin, slight roasted, hint of caramel and some pumpkin pie spice, even some crust. Very balanced. Really great. Most pumpkin ales smell like pumpkin and spice, this one spells like a baked pie.
T: Pumpkin up front, hint of spices before ending in some alcohol and very mild bitterness. Good, but not nearly as balanced and well put together as the aroma.
M/D: Medium to full bodied, carbonation gives a slight prick on tongue. Drinkability is very nice. A more than solid representation of the style, though the taste was a slight light down after the amazing aroma.
