My local store had a bottle of 2010 aged and after trying this years 2011, I popped on the bottle right away (Centerville Liquor Barrel is the best!). I was told this beer is great with age and wow... the flovor profile is twice as prevalent on the 2010 bottle.
A - Golden dark bronze with a rapidly dissipating head
S - Giner and cinnamon and nutmeg - pumkin pie in a glass!
T - Sweet initial notes followed cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Great seasonal beer. Hit the spot as the trick-or-treaters stopped in.
M - Sweet pucker followed by a creamy finis
O - Great seasonal beer. I thank my liquor store for aging a bottle for me!! I have a bottle in my cellor for next year and already looking forward to it. Great aged or fresh! You should try this one as it is a unique taste.
