22 oz bottle poured into pint glass.
A - Pours a tepid clear orange with minimal head which quickly fades out. Barely any retention or lacing while drinking.
S - Dominated by pumpkin, spice, malt, and sweetness.
T - Starts off sweet with plenty of pumpkin and spice, reminiscent of pumpkin pie. A malt base attempts to hold everything together, but the heavy flavors dominate the palate. Finishes somewhat dry with lingering fall flavors.
M - Mid level body, and a long lasting bitter feel after swallowing.
D - The pumpkin spice and bitterness stops me dead in my tracks, as this one will probably take a while to finish.
Oh, pumpkin beers. This one fails to break the mold of similar brews which consistently disappoint me.
