22oz bottle split with 3 other people for dessert of which i got the lion's share!
A: Pitch black with a dark tan head. Very appealing. It's been a while since i've seen a beer i didn't like
S: Dark chocolate all the way. When it warms up to about 55-60F, the hops become more apparent. The two meld together beautifully. Let's get this straight: it's a little one-dimensional but when done right, it can be great and this is a case in point
T: Dark bittersweet chocolate starts things off followed by a thick malt flavor. The hops assert their presence, but as I said, ST have nailed the blend of bitter hops and bitter chocolate. Excellent stuff
M: Smooth, thick and delicious.
D:Excellent for dessert, I doubt I'd drink two bombers a night, though
