I found this at Sal's Liquors in Addison, IL. $8.99 for a 22oz (650ml) brown bottle. No freshness date but lots of other information anout the beer on the label.
The beer poured a very dark brown color with over 2-fingers of creamy tan head on top. The head seems to hang on forever, and it leaves lots of whispy lacing.
One of the top 10 smelling beers in the world. Huge sweet vanilla and burnt toffee aroma as well as a touch of alcohol. It smells exactly like a creme brulee.
Huge sweet vanilla and burnt toffee flavor with a surprisingly high amount of hop bitterness for balance. Not a lot of alcohol flavor initially for a 9.5% beer, but there is some lingering alcohol and bitterness in the aftertaste.
Smooth, creamy and full bodied mouthfeel with a surprisingly high amount of carbonation.
This one's on the sweet side but delicious nonetheless. It really does taste like a liquid creme brulee. Another fine beer from Southern Tier.

On tap at the Local Taphouse, way back in October 2012 I think. Reviewed from notes.
Pours a dark brown colour, lovely nitro head; yellowish beige nice and dense, retaining beautifully. Looks beautiful.
Fuck. Me. Holy shit that smells as good as God's favourite fried chicken restaurant kitchen. But completely unlike a fried chicken restaurant kitchen, more like caramel, toasty and sweet and vanilla custard. Notwithstanding it just smells amazingly different for a beer, it just smells fucking delicious. Holy shit.
Taste is similar. Bit of roasty malt around the edges, but loads more of that milky, custardy goodness. Yeah, caramel with slight nutty edge and some slight darker edge which needn't be there but still makes you feel like it's keeping it more grounded. Retains a bitterness on the back but for the most part, amazingly sweet desserty beer, so smooth and creamy. It's becoming a cliché in my tasting this beer but holy shit.
Smooth, velvety. Just a whisper of booze on the back. Lovely feel.
About as miraculous a dessert beer as you could dream of. Sweet, delicious, yet without being bogged down in its own self satisfaction. Slight edge to keep you drinking, as if more enticements were needed.
