Served cold in a Boston Lager glass.
Pours bright medium amber with a yellowish tan head of fine bubbles and slight lacing.
Aroma is a punch in the face of grassy and citrusy hops. Some toasty malty sweetness behind that.
Flavor is grassy, notably bitter, with ale-like esters. Reminds me of my homebrew Imperial Pils.
Overall the grassy citrus nose really dominates. If you love that, dry hop with Willamette, otherwise don't. It's a pleasant beer, but not one I'd grab a second bottle of instead of trying something different.
