A-slightly hazy orange amber color with a nice white head and good lacing
S-biscuit, orange, caramel, hints of oak
T-malt, caramel, orange peel, slight floral, oak, a bit of alcohol coming through
F-medium body with moderate carbonation, smooth and creamy mouthfeel
O-a little too sweet and malty for my taste, but otherwise well done and interesting oak-aged DIPA

Holy oak taste, Batman!
Forget aged in oak. This tastes like I'm just drinking right out of the barrel. Oak, brown, tannins. That's what this beer tastes like. Also some hops and malt... but mostly just oak.
No real good aromas to speak of.
What am I drinking? Sigh. Drinkable and unique, but wouldn't have it again
