another great southern tier beer...affordable and just downright good
a- clear light copper, produced no head, has a tiny, sticky lacing that lingers
s- hops and citrus
t- hops are not as forward as they are on the nose. there is a sweet citrus and creamy sweet vanilla tastes that linger in the aftertaste. very well balanced. not sure where the alcohol is in this because i do not taste it at all. very refreshing tasting.
m - exceptional. light carbonation and the pleasant aftertaste make this very creamy and smooth mouthfeel. very high drinkability.
o - not as hop forward as typical imperial ipas, the hops are present but subtle which works very well. very drinkable and with the affordable pricing overall this is an excellent beer. will most definitely be enjoying this one as often as possible.

Holy oak taste, Batman!
Forget aged in oak. This tastes like I'm just drinking right out of the barrel. Oak, brown, tannins. That's what this beer tastes like. Also some hops and malt... but mostly just oak.
No real good aromas to speak of.
What am I drinking? Sigh. Drinkable and unique, but wouldn't have it again
