Poured into standard pint glass.
A - pours a murky dark orange with no head. Minimal lacing.
S- Mainly barely and a bit or caramelized sugar. Not much hops on the nose.
T - Wow. So smooth for the abv. Definitely hops, but not as an extreme as most DIPAs ive had.
M - moderate carbonation. fairly standard

Holy oak taste, Batman!
Forget aged in oak. This tastes like I'm just drinking right out of the barrel. Oak, brown, tannins. That's what this beer tastes like. Also some hops and malt... but mostly just oak.
No real good aromas to speak of.
What am I drinking? Sigh. Drinkable and unique, but wouldn't have it again
