Appearance - straw coloured hazy beer, unable to see through it. very nice white head, dissipates quickly to some nice island foam. there is a little lacing. some real good carbonation levels.
Smell - I got pine, hops, malts, caramel and some nice citrus tones. very well balanced and all good smells, nothing too overbearing.
Taste - oh wow, talk about an awesome tasting beer. the hops and pine take charge followed by some nice malts. the citrus kicks in and finishes with a nice caramel taste. this is an amazing tasting beer.
Mouthfeel - take the taste, add a little enhancement to each flavour and you got the mouthfeel, very filling, good levels, awesome.
Overall - I truly enjoyed this beer and even happier i picked it up in my own backyard. thanks to the lcbo summer collection, this beer will now be stocked on my shelf all summer long (i hope!)!

While still better than the majority of mass-produces beer, this is a representation of the style I am not fond of. It's all hops with just a bit of malt sweetness before the hops take over.
Pine-y resins of hops comes through on the pour, with a pale wheat-straw colour giving up a decent-sized head that dissipated quickly, leaving very little lacing. The taste was as I described above - you get a malty sweetness on the tongue that quickly gives way to the 4 varieties of hops used in this brew. This BA cannot taste any hidden notes of fruits. Finish is very dry & bitter, and this lingers for quite a while on the palate. Mouthfeel is decent, a little thick & with good carbonation.
Overall, not a favourite of mine.
