Semi-transparent golden yellow ale. Thin white head leaves some lace lines.
Lots of spicy, minty and herbal hops in the aroma. Lets me know I'm in for a treat.
Assertive grapefruit, pine and orange hop bitterness sets the stage and follows through to the end. Mildly sweet and bready malt backbone smooth things out somewhat but are overpowered. Finish is fairly dry.
Medium to slightly full feel. Lots of spritzy bubbles bringing the flavor to the tastebuds.
Deceptively easy to drink. Can't taste the alcohol at all, its masked by the spicy hop character. Overall, it smells, tastes and feels pretty similar to a single IPA. Nonetheless, its still a solid brew.
