Poured out of a growler into a pint glass.
Pours a crystal clear straw yellow with a one finger white head. Really not very good head retention or lacing. But I really like the clarity.
Aroma of floral noble hops with just a little bit of bready malt thrown in. A little bit of a weak aroma and really just not much going on.
The flavor is also a little bit boring. The hops are more prominent with floral and earthy notes along with a moderate assertive bitterness. Some bready malt but it somewhat remains in the background. A light mouthfeel with a very slightly sticky finish and lingering bitterness.
Overall, a good thirst quencher but somewhat lacking for a Pilsner. Doesn't stand up well to many of its European counterparts.

This is a very light beer.
Southern Tier should release this beer for the summer.
It reminds me of Budweiser with a hop bite to it.
Crisp, clean and refreshing. A slight malt back bone with a mild bitter finish.
I like it.
Just think this would be a better beer for summer time drinking.
