12oz bottle poured into a pint glass.

AP: 1" fluffy foamy white head made up of rather large bubbles from viewing the side of the glass. Larger than I've seen on other beers anyway. Rich golden colour with some orange hues. Very little lacing when the glass is tilted as the head seems to retain itself well and is now down to 1/4".
AR: Lemon, orange, yeast, grass, straw/hay, cereal grains with some pineapple trying to hide from you. Possibly some mango as well. Interesting.
T: More like a biscuit malt taste with some bready notes than what's in the nose. The lemon and orange are still there, but in a softer more mellow way. Hops on the end are floral and herbal. The soft bitterness of the hops lingers on the palate.
M: Despite the large bubbles in the head, it wasn't too carbonated, just about right. The finish is moist not drying. Not creamy, but not too light in body either.
OV: A rather refreshing Pale Ale for those who enjoy a little hop bite. Some nice flavours, but nothing extraordinary. A pretty solid brew that is sessionable and can be paired with moderate to lighter fare.

Pours a hazy pineapple-yellow body with a small white head. Looks lively. Silky lacing.
Smells lightly of orange rind and grassy perfume, with malts underneath.
Tastes just like it smells. Finishes a bit dry, but refreshing nonetheless.
Mouthfeel is soft and the hops impart a pleasant bite.
This is a lighter, refreshing style I don't visit too often. Great after the lawn-cut.

A - Hazy golden color with a thick white foam and floating yeast. Steady stream of carbonation floating to the top.

S - Citrus and floral hops but the citrus comes through the strongest.

T - Pretty tame Pale ale. The Citrus hops are at the fore front with some pale malts. Not a ton of complexity in flavor but pretty easy to drink.

M - Mouth feel is very good in my opinion. Almost creamy. I hate beers that come through watery and that is certainly not a concern with this one. Also a little bit of carbonation on the tongue does wonders for this beer.

O - In all fairness Pale Ales are not my favorite style but this one is pretty sessionable. If you really enjoy the style it is worth a try. Its interesting how tame this beer is for Southern Tier, a brewery notorious for going over the top with sweetness, flavors, ABV and just about anything everything else.

Poured a hazy brass hue with a one ginger foamy white head. There was decent Laing and retention.

The snell featured a light herbal hop.

The taste offered soft pale malts and a light herbal hop spice.

The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side. of the style.

Overall a decent and neutral APA.
