A: Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Body is slightly hazy light-golden that appears more yellow or straw-colored when backlit. Small whitish head on top settles fast. Some lace.
S: Nice hoppy nose, full of citrus: grapefruit, lemons and orange peel. Touch of onion/garlic makes me wonder if they use Simcoe or Amarillos.
T: Tastes almost like a witbier - body is light and there's a crispness that goes along with the citrusy hops that makes it drink lighter than expected for an APA. Light crackery malt underneath, then a touch of spiciness (that at times reminds me of the twang of wheat) is finished with lemony, mouth-puckering bitterness. Really almost like a wheat ale in many ways.
M: As noted above, light in heft. Carbonation is active with some sharpness, but fairly fine-bubbled.
O: Good. A nice summery APA, if that makes sense.

Clear golden pour with a white one-finger head and medium carbonation. Really nice grapefruit flavor upfront. Medium body also has a good pine presence with hints of bread in background. Flavors are really well defined. Finishes dry with a mild lingering citrusy bitterness. Really good beer, grapefruit hop flavor is perfect.

Pours a hazy pineapple-yellow body with a small white head. Looks lively. Silky lacing.
Smells lightly of orange rind and grassy perfume, with malts underneath.
Tastes just like it smells. Finishes a bit dry, but refreshing nonetheless.
Mouthfeel is soft and the hops impart a pleasant bite.
This is a lighter, refreshing style I don't visit too often. Great after the lawn-cut.
