A&S - Pours a clear gold with a finger of white head with light lacing. Standard IPA aromas, with nothing jumping out at you. You got some light malt, some carmel tones, fresh citrus and earthy hops, as well as some sweet fruit.
T&M - Hits fizzy with a really attractive carmel, malty front with a hint of alcohol. Some fresh juicy hop flavor comes through a bit but no bitterness is present at this point. The beer then settles down and the bitterness begins to grow. Finish is very bitter and smokey, which takes away from the malty backbone and throws off the drinkability/mouthfeel.
O - A good light bodied IPA that somehow comes in at 7.3. Its very pleasant and juicy but that overly bitter finish threw me off. I look forward to the DIPA as the extra malt will hopefully compliment the fruity hop flavor they had going. If it was locally distributed i'd probably buy it every so often, however it is nothing I would go out of my way for. Try it if you can find it, and definitely try everything else Southern Tier has to offer! Cheers!

Pours light amber color with a 1-2 finger width foamy head. Excellent lacing on side of glass. The odor is subtle. Can discern some citrus and pine. There is a soapy smell. Malty, citrus taste upfront. Malty taste persists with a moderate piney hoppy taste at the end. The bitterness, although mild, does persists through after drinking. Overall, a good IPA. I would like a little more hoppy smell and bitterness at the end.
