Light amber in color with an off white head. Rings of lacing were left around the glass and the head had decent retention. Big citric hop aroma with notes of grapefruit and light floral scents. A bit of pine and a solid caramel malt backbone were there as well. Big hoppy taste with citric and floral hops dominating. Some earthy tones were in the background and there was a balancing malt as well, biscuity and caramel. After taste was a bitter bite of pine and grapefruit hops. Medium mouthfeel with a slight tongue raking hoppiness. Great drinkability. Easy drinking and crisp taste with a nice upfront hoppiness makes this an all around great IPA. Thanks goes to slander for the bottle.
