Was lucky enough to be on a week long shoot just 15 minutes from this brewery.
It's in a nice country setting, off the beaten path. Looks like their adding on from the construction outside. The have plenty of space inside and the patio outside is very nice. There's a covered section and an open section. People were playing Frisbee and chilling out on the grass. They have about 4 to 5 different glassware to buy and several shirts (boys and girls). The selection was good I think they had about 12-14 different taps. Some of the beers were Pumking, Iniquity, Unearthly, 2xIPA 2XStout, Creme Brulee, Phin n Matts, 422, IPA, Hopsun, Oak Aged Backburner. The atmosphere was great and the prices were pretty good. A growler fill up of Imperial beer was $15. They had several oz. option as well as pitcher pours. They only serve pulled pork sandwiches, which they had ran out of when we were there so I can't comment on those. I will say they gave us free homemade potato chips that were from the day before and not very crisp. Didn't get a chance to tour the brewery but the tap room is top notch and worth a stop if you're in the area.

I was up here on a crazy saturday at the beginning of september. No parking or room available. Ahh...the beginning of Pumpking and Warlock season.

Southern Tier has become one of the largest breweries in the country-rather quickly. They have a nice brewpub area near the back with indoor and outdoor seating.

All their merchandise is to the right as soon as you enter and the bar is to the left. You basically grab a menu in the front and place your food order with the host/hostess-the hostess gives you a number to place on your table, then grab your own drink at the standing only bar and find your own seat. As busy as it was-this system seemed to work really well for ST-as your food is out rather quickly and you just get whatever else you need. I really think that a lot of other busy brew pubs should follow this model.

They have all of the prices and sizes clearly posted with several different options for serving sizes of each beer. They have 13 beers on tap-always rotatning with seasonals and within their several different series. They always seem to have their current imperial seasonal and blackwater seasonal on-tap.

The main dining room/bar area has a lofty new wooden cabin/house feel.

The food options are limited and include many sandwich options along with some taco an quesidillas. I had a pulled pork sandwich...it was pretty good-but not earth-shattering.

I did get a tour as my birthday present and I was very impressed with their expansion and brewing equipment. Of course, pumpking is thier most popular and most brewed beer.

Visited friends, who live on Lake Chautauqua. Beautiful weather on a day spent on their boat on the lake. Went to the brewery, atmosphere was enriched by a decent band out of Edinboro , Pa.
Nice day in SW NY state.
