Real cool vibe with swanky music. Industrial setting. Real nice servers. Plenty of parking. Very good beers. A variety of merchandise. Carryout expensive.

Nice selection of beers, good location. Bartender was a bit rude, but it was busy and it's a small place.

Noon Whistle's location is pretty formulaic for microbreweries these days. Strip mall location, small open drinking area in front with picnic table seating, separate line to order, equipment in the back, pour your own water... Except this place is smaller, kitschier, less friendly/more pretentious, and the product is worse. Tried at least 6 beers and didn't like any of them enough to leave a review. Also growler fills are outrageously expensive. At least some of the customers were quite friendly. Will not be back, sorry!

The only thing this place gets wrong is the ordering. Instead of a bar, you have to queue among the drinkers and tables, which takes time and makes you feel like an eavesdropper if you're alone waiting for To Go. Otherwise I love Noon Whistle

There is little dividing the taproom from the brewery. In fact, you have to walk through the brewing area to get to the restrooms. The quality of the beer was generally very good. The service was friendly and helpful. The selection was excellent. Ten taps with several different styles represented. The also have cans, bottles, crowlers and growlers to go.

Another brewery in a warehouse setting. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it doesn't make Noon Whistle stand out among the ever-increasing list of Chicagoland breweries. Another negative is that while there is outdoor seating, there is absolutely no view. You are looking out at the parking lot and back of The Tile Shop.
That being said, the tap room was surprisingly busy on a Sunday afternoon. They offered a decent beer selection and a variety of styles, all with lower ABV's. The highest ABV beer we saw was in the 8% range. So we give them props for not overdoing it with the Imperials and DIPA's. All the beers we tried were good except for the Bernie milk stout, which tasted like a mediocre home brew.
The two girls behind the bar were efficient but not overly friendly. They had their hands full so we can look past that. Prices were reasonable. Food-wise, they only serve a few snacks but like many places, you can bring your own food. Oh, and they are possibly the most dog friendly brewery we have seen to date!

Great beer. Friendly staff. Can get a little swamped at peak times.

Went here on a Friday afternoon during work hours.
The place was in a shopping strip, and kind of tucked away. Somewhat confusing to find if you aren't aware where it is.
The day was nice so the garage door style door was open. You could see the vessels inside from any seat and even some of the barrels and QC area. Atmosphere is very chill with a variety of people showing up. People with families, dogs and just general bar flys. The place isn't overly big but it didn't feel crowded. Bartender was super knowledgable and would put on gloves to handle the glass he would pour in! Beers were of great quality out of the ones I had. They would will almost everything on tap in growlers (doesn't have to be theirs) or crowlers. Few things available in cans. They don't serve food but there are food trucks that come bye. What food trucks show up when, is indicated on the menu.
Overall, I really liked this place. Laid back, beers are great and the service is good. I will be returning here.

Smaller tap room, but plenty of seating inside. Some patio seating outside. Long bar where you can get draft pours, crowlers, growlers, cans and bottles. They have an expansive selection of their beers on tap and a nice selection of cans to go. Service was great albeit rather slow. Really nice place to stop in, have a few beers, and enjoy the company.
