Pours a finger and a half of head on a hazy straw colored body.
The aroma is a burst of lemon, pine and grapefruit with a little pineapple.
The taste has great balance. Nice moderate grapefruit bitterness mixed with honey sweet, finishes with a dry bitter.
The texture is crisp and fizzy.
Tasty.

A: deep gold, clear, with a lacy white head
S:. citrus, bit of bready malt
T:. medium bready maltiness, bit of citrus, medium bitter finish that lingers
MF: medium bodied, numbing carbonation
overall: An enjoyable dry hopped pale ale, probably has more complexity than i described but my nose is a bit stuffed.

On tap

A pale ale for hop heads. Truly West Coast. Tropical-pineapple, some citrus, slight floral. Woody, earthy, grassy and lots of pine. Soft danky bitterness makes this brew very drinkable. Dry pale malts, cracker like. Light bodied. Refreshing. Hops are on full display here. I love dry hopped ales. A great pale ale, IMO. Get it on tap if you can. I imagine some of the hop freshness and nuances are lost sitting in the bottle.

Bottle poured into a BarrelHouse Brewing Co pint glass

A: Pours a hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that laces nicely.

S: Citrus hops, a bit grassy, with a little bready malt.

T: Citrus hops, lime grapefruit and orange peel, a little grassy, some floral bitterness, nicely balanced with a malt sweetness.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.

O: Very drinkable pale ale. Not overwhelmingly bitter or sweet with a very agreeable hop profile.
