Pours strawy orange, nice fluffy white head
Nose: tropical fruit, dank hops,
Taste: very clean. Big hops, crisp tropical fruit juicy guava, tangerine, grapefruit rind, dry (crackery) malt, finishes pine and grapefruit rind with a nice touch of citrus sweetness
Mouthfeel- medium bodied for a DIPA, very clean balanced and drinkable

Definitely impressed with this brew, a stand out in the vast sea of DIPAs, I would definitely buy again.

22oz bottle purchased from Beverages 4 Less. Poured into a 50W tulip glass.

A: Aggressively poured results in a 2-3 finger fizzy, yet full and thick, beige colored head. Settles rather quickly with a moderate amount lacing. Beautiful orange colored body when held to the light. Looks amber colored when not held to a light.

S: As advertised, very hop forward. Strong citrus grapefruit, orange, and lemon rind. Smells of some exotic fruits exist. A little peppery zest. The bitterness hops out of the glass in the nose. A little malt character in the nose, but not strong.

T: Dominant hop flavor at the beginning. Very bitter, but the bitterness is balanced well with lots of sweet fruity notes. Grapefruit and lemon are present but a strong orange juice type taste comes through with hints of peach, mango, and even some pineapple sweetness. Not a strong malt backbone.

M: Medium-Full body. Moderate carbonation. Sticky. Creamy. Booze is hidden well.

O: A citrus, hoppy bomb. This was a well-balanced and uniquely complex take on a DIPA, that I will absolutely try to obtain again.

Appearance - Pours a fairly clear orangish copper with a dense, white finger width head. Excellent retention. Solid lacing around the glass with great stick.

Smell - Juicy hop aroma; orange and light tropical fruitiness. Mild peppery spice.

Taste - Sweet, fruity hops upfront and throughout. Juicy orange, subtle pineapple, hints of grapefruit. Solid malt backbone shines mid-taste. Toasty biscuit trails off and turns caramel. Slightly spicy. Finishes with a very mild orange pith bitterness.

Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with somewhat tingly, but fluffy carbonation. Smooth. Semi-dry finish.

Overall - This is a hell of a DIPA. Lots of juicy sweetness, reminds me of some of the Mid-Western IPA brews I've had, with a touch of West Coast hop kick. Definitely a beer to revisit, on tap perhaps, and the sooner the better.

Bomber poured into a tulip

A- Pours hazy orange with a one and a half finger of a dense foamy head. A nice dissipation and good alcohol legs as well.

S- Big citrus in here. There is a slight pine and touch of cat pee.. in a good way. A nice subtle sweet caramel malt to balance it out.

T- A nice intense bitterness at first. Followed up by a big citrusy profile of mango, peach and ton of grapefruits. The hops are very oily and really coat the mouth. A big resinous piney character and again, a touch of cat piss. The malt is well hidden behind the intense hop character but adds a nice touch of toffee and caramel to the mix and helps out the balance of the beer.

M- Alcohol taste is well hidden. An easy drinking DIPA. A sticky hop presence in the mouth. A pretty full body.

O- A very solid DIPA. Will try again if I can.

Crystal clear, deep orange colored beer. Nice head. Decent retention. Fizzy ring remains throughout. Great lacing.

Oh my god! Insanely incredible hop aroma! Tons of tropical fruit. Specifically mango. Some sweet malt, but none of that burnt sugar aroma you get from some double IPAs.

Incredible flavor. More complex and malty than the aroma leads on, but still very, very hoppy. And not overly bitter. Slight alcohol, yet not what you'd expect from 9.3 ABV.

Medium bodied. Perfect carbonation. Lingering bitter, yet wet finish.

This is an incredible beer I received from a trader who advised me to "drink it fresh." I'm glad I did! The hop flavor and aroma was an incredible experience!
