I have been here several times but just recently found it on BA. I was curious why it was here because during my other visits, I didn't notice a large selection of craft beer. To settle my curiosity, I perused the website and saw the beers listed and my suspicions were confirmed: This place doesn't deserve to be on BA. Per the website, the drafts are Bud Light ▪ Miller Lite ▪ Yuengling ▪ Sam Adams ▪ Blue Moon ▪ Sierra Nevada ▪ Red Hook Long Hammer IPA ▪ Key West Sunset Ale ▪ Stella Artois ▪ Guinness ▪ Magic Hat #9. Of these, there are maybe 3 true craft offerings? The bottled beer selection is even more dreadful Bud ▪ Bud Light ▪ Bud Light Lime ▪ Miller Lite ▪ Coors Light ▪ Michelob Ultra ▪ O’Douls ▪ Rolling Rock ▪ Southern Tier IPA ▪ Magic Hat Circus Bay Hefeweizen ▪ Heineken ▪ Heineken Light ▪ Dos Equis Lager ▪ Palm Belgian Ale ▪ Amstel Light ▪
Landshark ▪ Corona ▪ Corona Light ▪ Red Stripe ▪ Mike’s Hard Lemonade ▪ Kalik ▪ Strongbow Cider
This place is typical of just about every other beer joint in Key West. Sure there are one or two true craft offering, but the rest are just macros hiding in craft clothing (Sam Adams, Guinness, Stella, Magic Hat, etc).
The food is great but super expensive. The vibe is one of the best on the island with the bay front location and a live band most nights. Go for the food and vibe but NOT for the beer. Service is typically slow.
