This aggressively hopped American IPA is a blend of five select American malts and five unique American hops. Bold maltiness and a refreshing citrus finish form the distinct flavor that is West Virginia’s IPA.

The different hops are an odd flavor combination. It isn't bad, but it could be better.

I had this on tap last night at the NET. It was poured into a slightly frosted pint glass.

It smelled good with a nice hop aroma.

The taste was even better. I was quite surprised by the intense hops and piny taste.

The mouthfeel was great.

Overall this is a great beer. It is by far the best NET beer that I have ever tried.

Had this one fresh at the brewery...even had some right out of the fermentor!
Poured a medium golden oreange with a very creamy head and abundant lacing. A little too much haze though...
Smell was hop laden. Very citrusy. Pungent.
Taste was very balanced and hoppy. Mouthfeel good and a nice bitter ending.
Pretty solid beer!

Served on draft into a pint at the downtown Parkersburg location. Arrives at the bar slightly haze and golden amber in color. A really nice, white foamy head tops the beer and leaves a decent amount of lacing. The head retention is minimal but there is atleast a bit of a ring around the edges of the beer.

Aroma is pure hop goodness. Bits of citrus but loaded up on the piney hops. The malt lends a certain caramel and toasty aroma that is welcomed in this hop monster.

Loaded with hops in the flavor. Bitter as hell and delicious. This one is loaded with piney hop flavors, almost like sipping on a glass of pine sap. The hops are delicately balanced with the malt and everything melds well together. This is one for the hop heads for sure. I would compare the flavor to that of

Lots of hop bitterness up front with a touch of sweetness in the middle, and nothing but tongue scorching hops in the finish. This one finishes dry, which I love, but it does increase the hop intensity. Super long finish that would give Ruination a run for its money.

I was just driving through town and wanted a beer to sate my tongue, and this was absolutely wonderful. A great DIPA! Who knew they had beer like this in WV?!
