Appearance: Cloudy cherry coughdrop colored. Off-Pink head with nice retention.
Aroma: Smell dominated by extremely soured cherries, that have been grazed by oak.
Taste: Pungently sour. Exactly what is to be expected from a Cantillion lambic. Tiny bit of sweetness shows up for the finale on your tongue. Bitterness lingers for a while after the finish.
Notes: Refreshing, thirst quenching beer. First taste is a shock to your palate, but the sourness grows on me.
