A: Dark deep ruby red color. Some pink in the head. The head is frothy but doesn't have a lot of retention. Perfectly translucent.
S: The cherry tartness is what dominates the smell, obviously. But, there is the usual funky ness that is to be expected from any Cantillon beer. The horse blanket and overall mustiness are there.
T: Well, it's a strong strong cherry acidic bite. It's amazing. And it's just nicely balanced by the mustiness. Top tier.
M: As usual, light and refreshing. The carbonation is strong but it doesn't sting the tongue.
O: It is a great beer, but you have to expect the immense tartness of this beer. For those who enjoy sour beers, this is a no brainer.
