On cask at Moeder Lambic
Comes served in the Cantillon tumbler glass.
White head and a hazy dark golden body.
Lots of funkiness in the aroma. Green apples and vinegar.
Green apples, vinegar, white grape, and a funkiness that lingers that is musty and a touch cheesy.
Mild carbonation and super smooth.
Triple G beer here...great goddamn gueuze.

Relatively clear golden liquid, slight haze. Pure white head, decent retention.
Tart aroma, straw, funk, lemon. Strong and clear.
Taste does not disappoint. Strongly sour and tart, sharp flavors, citric acid with musty funkiness.
Light and drinkable, oily and slick. Puckering and a mild back-throat acidity helps you to slow down and savor each sip. Long, long, semi-dry finish.
Lovely beer - easy to see why it's considered among the best in the style.
