From notes, bottle to white wine glasses on 12-22 with the girl. My first Cantillion.
A- Poured like champagne on the side of glass yielding thin head and a golden hay color. Hazy and nice carbonation rising throughout.
S- Nice funk to it. A little barnyard like things have been eating and then doing what comes next. But nice.
T- Love that tart. Like you just want to slowly let it sift into your mouth and let the sour hit, then the flavors, apple, cider, some pear and then barnyard with a smooth finish. You can taste the quality.
M- I love the puckering but it lets you move into some real nice flavors and leaves you wanting another pucker.
O- I haven't gotten into to much Gueze, Wild, Sour territory so what a great start. Really awesome.

Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at Mr. Dunderbak's. Served in a large tulip glass.
A: Hazy deep gold with a big fluffy white head - this almost glows in the light. Moderate visible carbonation.
S: Dry, modest funky barnyard, with a bit of tart fleshy fruit.
T: Dry, tartness, funk and sour, with almost apricot and grape flavors in the back of the mouth and on the exhale. Develops more lemon citric tartness and funk as it warms through the drink.
M: Light crisp body, good carbonation sensation, and very low alcohol presence.
O: Very, very good. Although there is less funk than I expected (at least on draft), truly a very good beer.
