Poured from a 750 ml bottle at Churchkey on Zwanze Day 2012, poured into a pint glass.
A- Pours a light golden color, topped with a finger of creamy white head, leaves a bit of lacing.
S- Lots of lemony citrus, lactic tartness and funk, wood, faint grape smell, and tannic, vinous aroma.
T- Powerful tartness, lots of fruity flavors of lemon and white grapes, which contribute to the nice sour character. Has a nice barnyard funk with a bit of earthiness to it. Vinous, dry finish.
M- Light-bodied, nice carbonation and a smooth feel that finishes with lots of dry astringency.
O- One of the best gueuzes you can find, seek this out.
