Sharp acetic sour with mellowed nuttiness, absolutely tart lemon rind, must, hay, and basement muck. Royally interesting.
Follows the nose. Sharp and tart. Tart lemon rind, wet hay, funkiness, mushroom, Bretty muck, languid nuttiness, wheat malts, and white vinegar. Unreal, how the first sixth of the bottle tastes compared to the middle two-thirds. Really sharp white cheddar note, with rotted citrus. Exquisite.
Thinner and spritzier. Has a sour cunning with a lightly spicy finish, which I like.
Best gueuze that I have had, thus far. Need I recommend it??
