Bottled in 2005. As usual with these lambics, the cork comes out silently, and the beer pours with more carbonation than you would expect. No lacing, raspberry in color, the aroma is more fruity than sour.
The taste is of tart raspberries, the brett is quite subdued I think compared to other Cantillon fruit lambics I have had. The brett is the background noise, while the fruit plays the solo. Mouthfeel is adequately carbonated, the drinkability is high, maybe due to the youth of this beer.
