(A) Pours a nice rich red color. Pretty clear color throughout the glass. Excellent pink head that is about a half inch thick to start. Subsides to foam around the edges.
(S) Cherry, berries, raspberries, some funk, sourness. Very clean and simple and straight forward.
(T) Sour sugar and sweet raspberries are top to bottom in this beer. A little bit of funk and some citric acid help to make this a great fruit lambic. Quite delicious.
(M) Tart and sour but with a light body to it.
(O) This review didn't call for much and that's one of the main reasons I really like this beer. Everything from Cantillon is just amazing. This is a simple brew that doesn't take much explanation. It's just excellent.
