served from a 375ml bottle at black and blue and took notes.
A-dim lighting but was reddish/amber color with little head.
S-funky raspberry from cantillon, little horse blanket but has more of the brett brux funk. Very fruity and tart. hints of oak lie in the background
T-tart, sweet raspberries with a bit of horse blanket and some sweetness from brux. A nice driness to accompany the sweet raspberries. hints of oak. one of the least funky I have had from Cantillon.
M-thin bodied. very drinkable other that the tartness could get to you but I didn't drink more than the 375ml bottle to tell.
Cantillon is hyped up now and I used to be able to find this anywhere sitting on the shelf. Good beer though.
