A: Nice colour- orangey-red, reminds me of Orval. Not as much head though. 4
S: burnt rubber, pretty enjoyable pungent nose-filling cheesey umami. Sour herbs (hops). Very enjoyable gardeny smell. Also, peaches and apples. 4.5
T: Not even close to the pucker I was expecting. Mostly acid, herbs, and garden. Then there's some peachy appley flavours. Also some definite fruit sherbet in the taste. 4
M: Under-carbed, slips down nicely. 4
O: Very enjoyable. I don't have much to gauge this on and I certainly think there's room for improvement but this is excellent. I could easily drink a 750mL of this and it could easily replace wine at the dinner table. Shame it's so expensive. 4
