Poured out of a capped and corked bottle. Love the artwork on all of Cantillon's beers, espically this one. The beer pours a hazy pink color with a three finger pinkish white head that settles to a film as the beer sits. The smell is dominated by the usual lambic barnyard funk smell with a hint of rasberries. The taste is great. The acidity puckers up the mouth and allows the rasberry taste to set in as the mouth tightens up around the tongue. Great mouth with a good carbination. One of the shinning examples of a true lambic.
