I find this beer incredibly visually appealing. Pours a nice hazy rose tinted amber with an extremely modest, yet dense bubbled creamy white head that maintains a stout collar. Smells sour, musty, banana pudding (that i often get from brett) with a touch of vinegar. Very slight sweetness on the entry to the palate, then builds a massive wave of raspberry tinged sourness. This gradually subsides, though never fully, revealing bready slightly nutty undertones beneath the surface. Tremendously complex and difficult to really pin down much of anything. Enormously dry through the finish, just sucking every bit of moisture off my tongue. I suck on each sip like a jolly rancher. Delicious. Very creamy, fine bubbled, light carbonation. Feels medium bodied at the start, but finishes feathery. Drinkability when dealing with a lambic kinda does not apply as it normally would. No one in their right mind would slam these back, but I certainly do wish i had another to follow this one.
