crystal clear burnt sienna. foamy citrus-tinted head appears and disappears back into the liquid. gatlin-gun like carbonation. pungent lemony sourness, mint, and barnyard funkiness on the nose. ever so slightly sweet smelling. instantly puckering, staggeringly sour and acidic. 100 year old musty yeast and malted barley flavor play second fiddle. kiss of raspberry sweetness. instant indegestion. finishes dry beyond belief...becomes more pleasant and fuller as the beer warms and one gets used to this punishment. not something i could personally drink all the time, but admirably crafted and strangely enjoyable, if you're up to it.
